This 22,000 sf office space is located in the historic factory building in little Italy Maryland. sfs office design llc preserved the original hardwood floors; exposed brick walls; full height barn doors and incorporated these features into the new design and layout. The scope of the project included rotating the connecting staircase between the 2 floors; designing a custom reception desk; furniture selection and space planning.
